My mum, sister and I have recently stayed at Casita de Flor. The apartment definitely has the 'wow' factor. The apartment has been beautifully renovated, decorated and furnished and it is in delightful surroundings. It was fantastic and we would definitely return.
The apartment is made up of two areas, a double bedroom with en-suite and a bigger living area comprising double bedroom with en-suite, fully equipped kitchen dining and lounge area. The two areas are separated by a beautiful and secure courtyard with plenty of room to relax.
Next door is the pool area which is pretty and enclosed by walls, plants and an orchard of lemon and fig trees.
The owners, Jooles and Michelle made our stay an absolute pleasure, they were available to help and assist us, nothing was too much trouble. An added bonus is that Michelle is a beautician, specialising in holistic therapies, I had the most amazing aromatherapy facial.
The apartment is in a lovely village with a small supermarket and a local canarian restaurant nearby. The village is slightly inland so you would need a car or taxi to venture out, having said that shopping/restaurants and the beach are not far away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a lovely place to stay and relax.

A must, just arrived home from having a lovely holiday at Casita de Flor retreat in Conil, lanzarote. It has been renovated to a high standard and is run by the friendly hosts, Julian and Michelle Wray.
Upon arriving at Casita de Flor retreat, you walk into a lovely private central court yard where you can just sit out and relax and enjoy meal times if you wish .
On one side of the courtyard is a very spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and flat screen tv with netflix. Across to the other side is a fully equipped apartment with cosy living room, integrated kitchen and second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space and have sumptuous king size beds and fantastic ensuite shower rooms.
Lazy days were spent around the solar heated pool surrounded by a lovely garden area. Sun loungers with towels were provided.
Our hosts, Julian and Michelle were very welcoming and kindly provided a very generous welcome pack on arrival which was a lovely unexpected touch.
The quaint and peaceful village of Conil is ideal for keen walkers and bikers but is also only a 10 minute taxi /drive away from the resort of Puerto Del Carmen and if you fancy a day on one of the white sandy beaches or to sample some of the sea front restaurants.
On the whole, I thought Casita de Flor retreat with its beautiful and peaceful surroundings provided a very cosy and relaxed holiday stay. I will definitely be booking to stay there again and can highly recommend to any future guests.
